Mercy Brown heading out on tour

Washington based alternative/hardcore metal band Mercy Brown are about to hit the road again.  The dates are still promoting their self titled debut album and there’s no sign of new material just yet, but they’ve released a new video which you can watch in full below.  The featured track, ‘Correspondent’ gives a glimpse into the heavy thrills and huge riffs that fill the bulk of the album.

New video and tour dates from Death Metal Pope

Towards the end of 2016, Death Metal Pope invited you to their ‘Harvest’.  That EP presented some superb doom grooves and showed the future to be wide open for the Long Island metal band.  As part of the promotion for the EP, they’ve made a new video for ‘From The Dust Returned’, which you can watch in full below.  The clip shows why the EP was one of the best from last year and should open the door for those who missed the release first time around.

Worry Dolls upcoming live dates

Louise Distras: Upcoming tour dates

UK-based punk oriented singer songwriter Louise Distras has a run of live dates upcoming.  The dates follow her appearances at this years Rebellion Festival and coincide with the release of a new single, ‘Aileen’, which is available via Street Revolution Records on September 30th.

Someone who uses her position for social activism and change, recently, Louise joined Real Gone, Stay Up Late and Skin Back Alley in our fight surrounding the release of the new Descendents album and against the usage of the word sp*z.  (Real Gone’s original piece can be found here…and a follow up can be found here.)
