It has been confirmed that NOFX and Alkaline Trio will team up for a punk double header for four UK shows in the summer. The venues/dates for the shows are listed below. It is not yet known who will provide support.
THE TEMPERANCE MOVEMENT – The Temperance Movement
At the end of 2012 The Temperance Movement scored a support slot on the Little Angels reunion tour. At the London show, the band’s live set had a reasonable amount of energy, but the tunes were largely marred by bad sound mixes and a frontman in a scruffy suit with a voice that sounded like it had half blown. Still, by and large, compared with the reception given many support acts, the audience seemed enthusiastic.
NOFX to tour South America in March
Punk stalwarts NOFX have confirmed a short South American tour for March 2015. The tour takes in various territories, including four dates in Brazil.
The band’s new album ‘Backstage Passport Soundtrack’ will be released in the UK in January.

Judas Priest ‘Defenders of the Faith’ deluxe edition due in March
In March 2015, Judas Priest are to reissue their classic album ‘Defenders of the Faith’ to mark its thirtieth anniversary. Much loved by fans, the album is home to Priest classics ‘Freewheel Burning’ and ‘Some Heads Are Gonna Roll’.
The new deluxe edition pairs the studio album with a complete live show – two disc’s worth of live material recorded on the ‘Defenders’ tour of ’84. Unlike the two previous Priest deluxe editions, no visual material is included, despite the band making a few TV appearances to promote the original album. The extended 12″ mix of ‘Freewheel Burning’ is also omitted.
