Noel Gallagher adds new dates to next year’s tour

In support of his number one album release, Noel Gallagher has announced more live shows for 2012.

With new dates now added for shows in Aberdeen and Sheffield, Gallagher will now make seven appearances in all at the following venues next February, July and September:

Sheffield Motorpoint Arena (19)

Edinburgh Edinburgh Castle (July 17)

Bournemouth BIC (September 4)
Liverpool Echo Arena (6)
Cardiff Motorpoint Arena (9)

Ministry to release new album in March

Industrial legends Ministry have announced their new album will be released before Easter 2012.

Entitled ‘Relapse’,  the disc is the band’s twelfth studio album and their first since 2007’s ‘The Last Sucker’.

Joining mainman Al Jourgensen this time around are Prong’s Tommy Victor, Soulfly/Static X drummer Tony Campos and Rigor Mortis man Mike Scaccia.

At this time, no official track listing has been revealed, although Jourgensen expects the album will be released at some point in March 2012.

Supercharger release new video

Copenhagen band Supercharger have released a new video for their track ‘Rise & Fall’. The song comes from the band’s second full-length album ‘That’s How We Roll’ which was released back in March 2011.

Over the past three years the band has toured Europe several times, including support slots with D.A.D. and Nashville Pussy, building up a strong following in the process. Watch ‘Rise & Fall’ below.

Ex-Gathering vocalist to release new solo album in 2012

Dutch vocalist Anneke von Gisburgen (ex-The Gathering) is to release a new album of solo material this coming January.

‘Everything Is Changing’ was recorded in Portugal with producer Daniel Cardoso and features the following tracks:

Rollins takes ‘Long March’ tour to Australia

It has been confirmed that Henry Rollins is to take his current spoken word tour to Australia.

Rollins – whose current tour is entitled ‘The Long March’ will perform sixteen spoken word dates in Aus, on a month long trek which will see him visiting each of the country’s states and territories.

Australian fans can catch Rollins tackling a variety of subjects at the following venues next April/May:
