On their debut EP, HeyRocco weren’t exactly shy about flaunting their influences. Huge slabs of Nirvana-esque riffery collided with early Weezer songcraft and waves of distortion, creating something truly retro.
For their long-awaited follow up, the band have very much stuck to their guns, if the lead single ‘Destroyer’ is anything to go by. There’s a whole world of indie fuzz waiting to fill your ears and cranked up guitar riffs that almost smell like old plaid.
