An autopsy conducted on Friday yielded inconclusive results with regards to the cause of Jani Lane’s death.

When the ex-Warrant vocalist was found dead in a Los Angeles hotel a few days ago, the investigation into his death uncovered a half-bottle of vodka and prescription medication at the scene. It now appears that Lane had not taken any medication before his death.

Toxicology tests are now being conducted, but the results of the tests will not be known for some time.
