Following the release of their ‘Giftes 1&2’ album earlier this year, UK art/alternative rock band Antlered Man are taking to the road for a short run of live dates.

Five dates in all – including a London show as part of the Camden Crawl – Antlered Man will be stopping off at these small venues:

Various news items have been circulating regarding the 2012 release by The Smashing Pumpkins. Finally, after various new songs had made their debut at several live shows, ‘Oceania’ has an official tracklisting.

Supposedly forming a core part of Billy Corgan’s ‘Teargarden By Kaleidyscope’ song cycle (part of which was distrubuted as free mp3s as well as two lavish box sets), ‘Oceania’ will be released on June 18th in the UK and one day later in the US.

Following the release of ‘Oceania’, it is not yet known what form the next part of the song cycle will take.

During Trivium’s stint on the Reckless & Relentless tour, Matt “The Producer” Bishop caught up with guitarist Corey Beaulieu for a lengthy chat. The interview took place in April 2012 and was posted to Matt’s YouTube channel on April 29th.

Trivium’s 2011 release ‘In Waves’ was greeted with enthusiasm by fans and critics alike, breaking the top twenty in the US & UK, and breaking the top ten in Japan and Germany.

The new project from Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo has an official US release date of May 15th. The album is released in the UK one day earlier.

The much anticipated new band, PHILM, features Lombardo playing alongside War bassist Pancho Tomaselli and Civil Defence man Gerry Nestler on guitar and vocals.  The album, entitled ‘Harmonic’ will be released on Mike Patton’s Ipecac label.
