New White Stripes DVD to be released soon

In addition to his solo debut ‘Blunderbuss’, Jack White has more material lined up to be released over the coming few weeks.

White Stripes fans will be excited by a new DVD released in April. ¬†‘Under New Zealand Lights’ features unreleased and rare footage from the duo’s visits to NZ back in 2000 and 2003. ¬†The featured shows were recorded at The King’s Arms, Auckland and Freeman’s Bay Primary School respectively.

The DVD is being issued as part of White’s ongoing record club, the Third Man Records “Vault Series’, so will available to subscribers only. ¬†Subscriptions cost $60 per month, for a minimum of three months.

Also included in the April package (Vault package #12) is a Raconteurs 7” containing two out-takes from the ‘Consolers of the Lonely’ sessions and a live LP by Karen Elson, pressed on beautiful peach and black vinyl.
